E.A. Duncan Construction, Inc. is a general contractor located in Tabor City, NC specializing in commercial and residential construction in North and South Carolina. They have been in operation since 1983.
The President of the company, Alan Duncan started the business primarily focusing on commercial steel frame construction. Early clients were farmers, warehouse owners, and business owners that needed offices or warehouses for their employees and equipment.
Through the years the client base has expanded to houses of worship, fabrication plants, childcare facilities, doctor’s offices and residential homes.
In recent years Tim Duncan has climbed the ranks into the position of Vice President. He and Alan work together to manage the day to day operations of the business. Channeling each of their strengths they focus on getting each project to completion in a timely manner and within budget.
